This was a gift for my sister who loooooves your nightgowns. There was a glitch with delivery but it was not because of Lanz. All went well and everyone was very helpful ... happy days!
I absolutely loved my blue hummingbird nightgown but sadly, it seems to be no longer available. This daisy nightgown, with its ruffle collar is a very nice alternative-not quite as much eyelet & a wee bit more coverage up top. It is the same lovely soft cotton lawn, with excellent fit and lightness, but if you could bring back the hummingbird someday….💙
Gown was beautiful - the service was terrible. When I called 12 days after my order the representative on the telephone was very rude and couldn't track my package. On my end it said it had been shipped but everytime I checked it said label created waiting on sender. It actually arrived the next day, why the representative could not figure that out is beyond me. Why even take calls if you have no answers for your customers.
My new blue Daisy night dress from lawns is so comfortable and so pretty I just feel so feminine and so pretty wearing it my daughters just love it. My husband loves it. It’s so comfortable. It’s wonderful!
What an elegant nightgown. I will buy another for a gift for my sister who will love it too. Delivery was on time and shipping was free! Great experience all the way around for me.
The fabric and fit of this nightgown is comfortable! However, the outer edge of the collar is not attached in any way. Thus, when you lie down, it is long enough that it flaps all over your face. I sewed down two spots on the collar (right and left shoulder) to try to make it tolerable and it is now workable, but will need to be sewn down in more places to make it actually totally suitable for sleeping in. Imo big design flaw. Also, I bought this wanting a lighter option than the flannel nightgowns I already owned and enjoyed, and it is a good weight - but heads up, no pockets. I guess I didn’t read the description carefully enough and did not realize this.
IF something was done about the collar this nightgown would be great! I love the other 2 flannel nightgowns I own and had high expectations for this one. But what a baffling design choice?!
